Snoopy is a 2 yr old hound bully (maybe dane) mix. He is the cutest and sweetest boy.
Snoopy was in foster with Stella and Candy. They are best buddies. He is also fostered with other dogs and cats. He loves the kittens.
He is looking for his furever home. He gets along with other dogs, but would do well as a single dude with an active adopter.
This sweet gal just can’t catch a break. She was adoptEd at the beginning of April. Unfortunately, her adopter abandoned her in an Arizona shelter to die. This sweet gal has now found herself looking for a new foster or adopter ASAP.
Sugar is 4 yrs old. She was found starved and abused until her angel found her and loved her. Foster took her to the vet and got her healthy, taught her the kennel wasn’t bad and even bought her toys!
She is dog selective. Sugar will need to remain SINGLE & LOVING IT, We feel right now, she would need to be the only pet in the home. Right now we know she does well in the family environment. She has been around children 5 and up. Obviously, she likes to play and doesn’t understand little kids.
Needs mature strong experienced handler to help her learn the house rules. This sweet girl is learning to trust and love all over again. She is working on training and manners.
Would do best with someone who is home with her, as she does have some separation anxiety after everything she has been through.

After many years helping, assisting, fostering with other rescues…we decided it was time to make a change.
Being in rescue since 2000, there were many aspects that needed help. There is, unfortunately, more than enough homeless, abandoned, neglected animals sitting in cold shelters – alone – day in day out, while back yard breeders continue senseless breeding.
I have spend 21+ years working with other rescues & shelters, helping any way I could.
TUFF DAWGS RESCUE was born September 16, 2018. We want to really make a difference, even if it is one dog at a time. We want to be their voice, at all costs.
Right now, there are more than enough homeless, abandoned dogs out there that need homes.
